General Information
Vibra provides design, color, accessibility, and UX benchmark tools for informational, research, and product improvement purposes. The results generated by Vibra are based on detected signals, benchmark patterns, and heuristic interpretation.
UX Benchmark Reports
Vibra benchmark reports help users understand visible homepage patterns such as headline clarity, primary CTA framing, pricing visibility, forms, and structural friction. Reports do not guarantee improved conversion rates, sales, rankings, accessibility compliance, or business outcomes.
Human Review and Expert Interpretation
If Vibra offers deeper UX interpretation, consulting, or expert review, such analysis is based on available page data, user-provided context, and professional judgment. Recommendations should be evaluated in the context of each business, audience, product, and market.
Limitation of Liability
Users use Vibra at their own risk. Vibra is not liable for any damages, losses, business decisions, design changes, missed opportunities, or technical issues resulting from use of the website, tools, reports, or recommendations.
User Conduct
Users agree to use Vibra lawfully and responsibly. Users may not use Vibra to analyze websites they are not authorized to test if such use would violate applicable laws, rights, or contractual restrictions.
Intellectual Property Rights
All Vibra branding, interface elements, reports, written content, logos, design systems, benchmark structures, and original materials are owned by Vibra or its licensors unless otherwise stated. Users may not reproduce, distribute, resell, or modify Vibra content without prior written permission.
External Links
Vibra may contain links to third-party websites, resources, tools, or services. Vibra is not responsible for the accuracy, availability, privacy practices, or content of external websites.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Croatia. Any disputes shall be resolved by the competent courts in the Republic of Croatia.

- Account information such as user ID, login method, and session status.
- Submitted website URLs or domains for UX analysis.
- Generated analysis data, including detected headline, primary CTA, CTA category, CTA intent, pricing visibility, form count, screenshot path, status, timestamps, and report unlock status.
- Payment-related metadata when users purchase reports or access paid features.
- Technical and usage data such as page views, clicks, session duration, device/browser information, and general interaction behavior.
How We Use Data
We use collected data to provide Vibra’s services, generate reports, improve usability, process payments, manage accounts, prevent abuse, send requested updates, and improve product quality.
Email and Early Access Subscribers
If users submit their email address through a newsletter, early access modal, waitlist, or notification form, we store that email to send updates related to Vibra, Vibra 2.0, early access, product launches, or relevant platform changes.
User Accounts and Authentication
Some Vibra tools require login. We may store account-related data necessary to authenticate users, maintain sessions, protect accounts, process password resets, and provide access to saved analyses or paid reports.
Password Reset
If a user requests a password reset, Vibra may temporarily store a reset token, hashed token, email address, and expiration timestamp. Reset tokens are used only to verify password reset requests and expire after a limited time.
Payments
If paid reports or paid services are purchased, payments may be processed by Stripe or another payment provider. Vibra does not store full card details on its own servers. Payment providers may process payment data according to their own terms and privacy policies.
Data Sharing
We do not sell user personal data. We may share limited data with service providers only when necessary to operate the platform, process payments, provide analytics, send emails, maintain hosting, or protect the website.
Data Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect data from unauthorized access, misuse, loss, or alteration. This includes HTTPS/SSL, database access controls, and limited processing of sensitive data. However, no system can be guaranteed completely secure.
Data Retention
We retain personal data only as long as needed for the purposes described in this policy, including account access, analysis history, legal obligations, fraud prevention, product improvement, and communication preferences.
UX Analysis Data
Submitted URLs and Domains
When users run a UX analysis, they submit a website URL or domain. Vibra uses this URL to visit the public homepage and extract visible UX signals relevant to the report.
Website Screenshots
Vibra may capture screenshots of analyzed public webpages for report context, preview, debugging, or visual reference. Screenshots are used only as part of the analysis workflow and are not intended to reproduce or redistribute third-party website content as standalone material.
Extracted Signals
Vibra may extract visible, public-facing signals such as headline text, headline word count, primary CTA text, CTA category, CTA intent, pricing visibility, form count, above-the-fold visibility, and general structural patterns.
Benchmark Context
Reports may compare extracted signals with aggregated benchmark patterns from public webpages. Benchmark data is used to provide context and does not represent a guarantee that a specific pattern will improve business performance.
Cached Analyses
To reduce unnecessary repeated crawling, Vibra may reuse recent analysis results for the same domain. Cached results are used for efficiency and do not grant other users access to private account information or paid report access.
Cookies & Analytics
Cookies
Vibra may use cookies and similar technologies to remember user preferences, maintain sessions, improve the website, analyze usage, and support security. Some cookies are necessary for the website to work properly, while others may be used for analytics or product improvement.
Google Analytics
We may use Google Analytics to understand how users interact with Vibra, including page views, traffic sources, device information, and general usage behavior. Google Analytics may use cookies or similar technologies to collect and process usage data.
Microsoft Clarity
We may use Microsoft Clarity to understand user behavior through heatmaps, interaction analytics, and session replay-style insights. This helps us improve usability, layout, onboarding, and product experience.
Google Tag Manager
We may use Google Tag Manager to manage analytics, tracking, and website scripts. Google Tag Manager helps deploy scripts but may load third-party tags depending on configuration.
Cookie Consent
By continuing to use the website, users acknowledge the use of cookies and similar technologies as described in this policy. Where required by law, users should be given appropriate choices regarding non-essential cookies.

Purpose of Public Page Analysis
Vibra may use automated analysis tools to review publicly accessible webpages for UX benchmark research, homepage pattern extraction, report generation, and product improvement.
What Vibra Accesses
Vibra is designed to analyze publicly available webpages only. It does not intentionally access login-protected areas, private user accounts, paywalled content, or restricted content.

Website Screenshots
Vibra may capture screenshots of public webpages to provide context for analysis, confirm which page was reviewed, support debugging, and improve future report quality. Screenshots are used as part of the analysis workflow and are not intended to be sold, redistributed, or presented as standalone website copies.
Website Restrictions
Vibra aims to respect website restrictions where technically feasible, including robots.txt rules and reasonable access limitations. Website owners may contact us at info@vibra.tools for questions or removal requests related to analyzed public webpages.
Third-Party Websites
Analyzed websites, trademarks, screenshots, and visible page content remain the property of their respective owners. Vibra uses such content only for analysis, benchmarking, reporting, debugging, or illustrative context.
